We are excited to be able to offer an additional way for US and Canadian paticipants of the 2003 Blogathon to be able to contribute even more to their favorite charity.

The way it works is if someone comes from your blog website via an affiliate link to our site and makes a purchase, your charity will receive 15% of the total sale, excluding shipping. The money will be contributed to your charity of choice by September 10th.

Bonus - As an added bonus, we are offering a FREE sample to the first 50 affiliates. If you are one of the first 50 to sign up for this Blogathon Affiliate Program, we will contact you for your coffee selection. We will then send you a 1.5 ounce sample.

How the program works:

• Blogathon participants will need to to fill in their information below and put our graphic and link on their website.

• After clicking on the "Sign Up" button, you will be redirected to a page where your affiliate information will be displayed.

• Place your affiliate link on your site to start receiving credit for the sales you refer to us. A sample banner is also provided that you can use, or come up with one of your own.

• You will be able to see the amount owed your charity and paid out by logging into the account you create on Flyingbean.com. To see your affiliate sales, login with your username and password. Then, click on the Your Account link that will appear in the left side Main Menu box.

• When you are done viewing your account information we would recommend you click on the "Logout" link to prevent unauthorized editing of your account information.

How sales are tracked:

• You will be assigned an ID that is included as part of the HTML link provided to you on the next page.

• As visitors use this link our software stamps the visit with your unique ID and records any purchases made during this visit.

• We manage payouts through our secure administrative area and make payments by the terms agreed upon during sign up.

Example of potential contributions:

After coming through the Affiliate Link, customer places an order on FlyingBean.com for:

• 3 pounds of coffee * $9.75/lb = $29.25 (before shipping)
  Charity receives 15% or $4.39
• 4 pounds of coffee * $9.75/lb = $39.00 (before shipping)
  Charity receives 15% or $5.85
• 10 pounds of coffee * $9.75/lb = $97.50 (before shipping)
  Charity receives 15% or $14.63
• 20 customers at 3 pounds each = $87.75!

The more prominently you display and promote your affiliate link the greater chance of generating a significant contribution for your charity.

Remember not to change the HTML link or you won't get credit for the sales. Any purchase at our site that is derived from your affiliate link generates more money for your charity.
